SEATTLE, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Mantra Venture Group Ltd. ('Mantra', OTCBB: MVTG, FSE: 5MV) is pleased to announce that it has retained BTL Media Corp. (BTL) to expand upon the Company's current public relations program.
