Con Buckley graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in finance.  Mr. Buckley became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia in 1974, and is currently a senior partner of the Vancouver accounting firm of Buckley Dodds and Associates.

Mr. Buckley has over 20 years experience in financing of companies both private and public including obtaining Government grants for scientific research projects, for mining and oil and gas operations, obtaining equity funding for public companies, including both conventional and private debt funding for various enterprises. Mr. Buckley also has considerable experience in setting up internal control systems for clients, and advising companies on many dealings with both the BC Securities Exchange Commission and the SEC.
