The Sustainability Crunch

The world is addressing a broad problem: sustainability. But the problem is also a series of opportunities. If we can address, as Mantra does - sustainability, renewability, green technology, and smart systems - we will have much of the answer to the environmental crisis that we are in.

How can this also be an investment opportunity? There have been energy revolutions in the past: for example, the conversion from wood to coal made possible the industrial revolution. The world must now carry out a similar energy revolution to sustainable energy in order to limit our carbon footprint. This is the opportunity.

There are many trillions of dollars invested in fossil fuels and their associated plants and equipment; the new technologies relating to sustainability will eventually have the same level of value. Mantra expects to be a leader in finding and recognizing many of these technologies, and ensuring that its investors are positioned to benefit from their foresight.
